Director, Planning Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and support a team of financial planners.

• Assist planners in navigating organizational changes and ensure daily activities align with company objectives.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and quality assessments.

• Mentor planners on effective member communication and empathetic relationship management.

• Provide guidance to the team on calendar organization and member interactions.

• Address complex member escalations and compliance-related matters.

• Promote the adoption of Facet’s planning methodology, tools, and proprietary technology platform.

• Collaborate with Planning Leadership to tackle business challenges and develop long-term growth strategies.

• Manage a portfolio of 50 to 100 members.

• Offer personalized financial planning services.

• Onboard 1 to 2 new members each month as live teaching opportunities.

• Efficiently manage personal tasks, schedule, and member load.

• Drive member activation, gather positive feedback, achieve quality scores, enhance pod NPS, and meet numerical performance targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• CFP® designation.

• Over 7 years of extensive financial planning experience.

• Consistently achieved a high quality score in both personal planning and team development.

• More than 3 years of experience in coaching and nurturing high-performing planners.

• Expertise in planning related to equity compensation, taxation, estate planning, and debt refinancing.

• Experience working in a financial services startup environment.

• Ability to adapt to changing service models.

• Skilled in guiding individuals through resistance points and providing the necessary encouragement for behavior change.
