This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead talent and engagement analytics initiatives through the People Science team.
• Enhance the development and deployment of employee skills.
• Supervise psychometric validation, continuous listening systems, and advanced talent analytics.
• Propel analytics that support employee and leadership development, training, project alignment, assessment tools, and leadership training.
• Manage psychometric modeling, assessment validation, Item Response Theory, and Organizational Network Analysis utilizing skills graphs.
• Design and enhance performance management systems.
• Assess organizational networks and interactions to boost productivity, workplace culture, and employee satisfaction.
• Direct enterprise-level employee listening strategies and survey frameworks.
• Create and evaluate employee engagement surveys and continuous listening systems.
• Conduct research to support innovative talent analytics and strategies.
• Collaborate with the CHRO, C-suite executives, business unit leaders, and senior management.
• Convert analytical findings into actionable business insights.
• Oversee and mentor a team of 5 analysts and psychometricians.
• Offer coaching, technical oversight on deliverables, and strategic roadmap guidance.
• Work alongside data science, engineering, HR, business, and executive teams to implement analytical models in production.
• Over 7 years of experience in executing advanced analytics within large-scale enterprise settings.
• Proficiency in psychometric techniques, including Item Response Theory.
• Experience with Organizational Network Analysis using skills graphs.
• Skilled in deploying models into production environments.
• Demonstrated management experience in leading, mentoring, and developing analytics or technical teams.
• Capability to manage multiple projects at once with a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and conveying complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Practical expertise in R, Python, SPSS, SAS, and Cypher/graph analytics.
• Familiarity with ML modeling environments and platforms, such as Azure ML, Vortex AI AutoML, and SageMaker.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
• A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred.
• Previous experience in professional services or dynamic matrixed organizations is preferred.
