This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Foster a meaningful atmosphere for uniform and consistent service delivery, improved communication, accountability, alignment of priorities, clear definitions of roles and responsibilities, business unit alignment, risk management, and relationship oversight.
β’ Design, establish, and/or execute standardized processes, playbooks, tools, and resources.
β’ Create, develop, and/or implement methodologies, tools, and processes to effectively manage client partnerships.
β’ Develop and supervise management routines focusing on account performance and performance metrics.
β’ Assume responsibility for program-specific objectives, outline goals/desirable outcomes, and collaborate with teams and managers to ensure successful completion.
β’ Adhere to JLL policies and procedures, including ethical standards and business practices.
β’ Actively manage programs in accordance with account and client processes, procedures, and KPIs.
β’ Oversee, update, and report on more than 30 global projects and their respective timelines.
β’ Document and communicate changes to schedules and their impacts.
β’ Manage project lifecycle risks, document potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and report on resolutions.
β’ Provide status updates for monthly executive-level reporting.
β’ Create and oversee project-specific budgets and manage the approval process.
β’ Ensure high-level financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
β’ Lead weekly deployment meetings to collect status updates and track progress.
β’ Assist in the development of business requirement documents.
β’ Proven experience in implementing change management plans aimed at establishing new services or significantly transforming existing ones.
β’ Strong interpersonal abilities and problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and escalate in a complex, fast-paced environment.
β’ Hands-on approach, keen attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.
β’ Established history of engaging with multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels and building effective relationships.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
β’ Proven track record of delivering outstanding internal and external customer service.
β’ Familiarity with standard business and accounting practices.
β’ Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Smartsheet, with the ability to analyze data effectively.
β’ Strong organizational, management, and supervisory capabilities.
β’ Experience in managing highly regulated projects and/or working within highly regulated project delivery environments.
β’ Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
β’ Demonstrated ability to cultivate successful relationships with and influence both internal and external customers.
β’ Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
