This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market launch strategy for all new and renewing value-based care contracts.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team by setting priorities, driving accountability, and promoting a culture of collaboration and ongoing improvement.
• Create detailed implementation timelines, gating milestones, and operational workflows that outline the process from a signed payer contract to "active" status in the field.
• Build, update, and oversee cross-functional tracking dashboards utilizing project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, SalesForce).
• Write market-specific "Payer Snapshots" that local field or sales teams can utilize to engage with independent primary care providers (PCPs).
• Simplify complex payer contracts into clear and accessible sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Outreach (practice growth), Provider Networks, and Strategic Payer Partnerships to ensure alignment of priorities and execution across various workstreams and timelines.
• Develop a Training Program for field teams to ensure proficiency on new payer products.
• Create a market feedback system to address physician friction points and propose solutions.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting systems to monitor enrollment growth.
• Regularly analyze the sales pipeline to pinpoint opportunities and refine launch strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in healthcare, with a minimum of 2 years in value-based care, population health management, or a physician enablement setting.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in people management.
• Strong comprehension of risk-bearing models (e.g., ACOs, MSSP, Medicare Advantage global risk, or capitated arrangements).
• Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to translate technical managed care terminology and complex payment structures into clear, accessible business language to gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
• Expert-level skills in managing high-stakes, multi-stakeholder cross-functional projects under tight deadlines.
• High proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms), enterprise project management tools, and data visualization software to monitor launch performance.
