πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Create and implement engagement strategies for sites of care to facilitate the successful launch and commercialization of DT120.

β€’ Develop strategies for treatment center readiness, onboarding initiatives, and operational playbooks.

β€’ Assist in the creation and execution of potential REMS for DT120 in collaboration with Compliance and both internal and external partners.

β€’ Design workflows encompassing referral intake, scheduling, product procurement, treatment-day operations, REMS compliance, and post-treatment coordination.

β€’ Establish the comprehensive site of care journey from initial engagement through to post-treatment requirements.

β€’ Convert strategic plans into necessary system requirements for Patient Services.

β€’ Create educational materials, onboarding resources, operational guides, and best practice documents for treatment centers.

β€’ Identify operational challenges and devise scalable solutions to enhance efficiency and improve patient experiences.

β€’ Gather feedback from treatment centers and leverage insights for ongoing enhancements in Patient Services strategies, workflows, and technology.

β€’ Develop internal training resources on DT120, REMS, and Definium Patient Services.

β€’ Provide ongoing REMS-related education and compliance support to sites of care.

β€’ Oversee direct reports, cultivate team culture, and ensure overall team success.

β€’ Collaborate with Patient Services teams to enhance the patient and customer journey.

β€’ Foster departmental culture as a member of the Patient Services Leadership Team.

β€’ Utilize data and analytics to drive success at the departmental, program, and patient levels.

β€’ Supervise the promotional review process (MLR/PRC) to ensure regulatory compliance of patient-facing marketing materials.

β€’ Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and cross-functional commercial teams.

β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing REMS strategy and management.

β€’ Transform market insights into actionable strategies that enhance engagement, differentiation, and launch readiness.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

β€’ A minimum of 10 years of industry-related experience is required.

β€’ At least 5 years of experience in Patient Services is required.

β€’ A strong understanding of PS compliance and legal guidelines is essential.

β€’ Considerable experience with REMS strategies, compliance, and support offerings is required.

β€’ Significant experience dealing with external customers, including infusion centers, specialty providers, treatment center operations, provider onboarding, and provider education.

β€’ Familiarity with the internal and external material creation process (i.e., PRC).

β€’ Experience with Patient Services CRM systems is preferred.

β€’ Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally; should be intellectually curious, solutions-oriented, and effective in communicating strategic recommendations.

β€’ Experience with product launches in the U.S. pharmaceutical market is required.

β€’ Experience in CNS/psychiatry, specialty pharmaceuticals, or complex treatment categories is preferred.

β€’ Ability to synthesize complex clinical, market, and customer data into actionable strategies.

β€’ Strong presentation skills with the capacity to influence senior, cross-functional, and agency stakeholders.

β€’ Willingness to travel as needed; average travel ranges from 10–20%, with increased travel during significant launch periods.
