This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the development and successful implementation of the Patient Services strategy for the commercial launch of DT120.
β’ Collaborate with Regulatory, Marketing, Legal, and cross-functional commercial teams to align with corporate objectives.
β’ Outline how Definium Patient Services will assist patients throughout onboarding, treatment preparation, REMS, and ongoing support.
β’ Develop and execute potential REMS for DT120 in partnership with Compliance and both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Design, enhance, and operationalize comprehensive patient/care partner journeys from referral to long-term follow-up.
β’ Convert strategy into actionable operational workflows, business requirements, CRM functionality, reporting specifications, and digital capabilities.
β’ Identify opportunities for AI-driven capabilities, automation, and digital engagement.
β’ Create external engagement and internal training materials for teams interacting with patients.
β’ Ensure continuous REMS-related education and compliance assistance.
β’ Utilize data and analytics to drive the success of the department, programs, and patients.
β’ Supervise direct reports and foster a successful team culture.
β’ Lead launch readiness initiatives, including SOP development, training, operational testing, governance, and cross-functional launch planning.
β’ Cultivate department culture as a member of the Patient Services Leadership Team.
β’ Oversee the MLR/PRC promotional review process to ensure compliance for patient-facing marketing materials.
β’ Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and commercial teams on engagement strategies.
β’ Translate market insights into actionable strategies that enhance engagement, differentiation, and launch preparedness.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience is required.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in Patient Services is required.
β’ Significant knowledge of PS compliance and legal guidelines is essential.
β’ Familiarity with the creation process for internal and external materials (i.e., PRC) is necessary.
β’ Proven experience in designing patient support operating models is required.
β’ Experience with Patient Services CRM systems is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with REMS strategies, compliance, and support offerings is preferred.
β’ Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration; must be intellectually curious, solutions-focused, and effective in communicating and promoting strategic recommendations.
β’ Launch experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical market is required.
β’ Experience in CNS/psychiatry, specialty pharmaceuticals, or complex treatment categories is preferred.
β’ Proven experience with process design and workflow development.
β’ Experience in supporting highly regulated therapies (REMS or DEA Drug Scheduling equivalent).
β’ Ability to synthesize complex clinical, market, and customer data into actionable strategies.
β’ Strong presentation skills and the capability to influence senior, cross-functional, and agency stakeholders.
β’ Ability to lead through ambiguity in a pre-commercial context.
β’ Willingness to travel as necessary; average travel of 10β20%, with increased travel during key launch periods.
