Director, Partnership Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily client operations related to acute or physician revenue cycle activities.

• Strategize, develop, and execute policies, objectives, and initiatives.

• Establish and cultivate client relationships while guiding and managing operations.

• Ensure that client performance expectations and outcomes are consistently met.

• Clearly outline plans incorporating client deliverables, timelines, outcomes, and necessary actions.

• Track bad debt and implement process enhancements in critical areas.

• Recognize gaps in client support or performance and recommend solutions.

• Foster relationships and organizational alignment while engaging onsite operational teams to achieve results.

• Lead and partake in program-level meetings with relevant stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the CFO and client leadership on analysis, reporting, and service line development.

• Communicate updates related to payer policies, contracting, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements.

• Support client leadership in comprehending revenue cycle processes, metrics, tools, and reports.

• Facilitate monthly client meetings that cover operational performance, strategic initiatives, partnership opportunities, and escalated support needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience or expertise in acute or physician revenue cycle activities.

• Familiarity with revenue cycle processes, metrics, tools, and reporting.

• Capability to understand and convey payer policies, contracting, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements.

• Competence in planning, developing, and executing policies, objectives, and initiatives.

• Proficiency in analyzing, reporting on, and enhancing client and operational performance.

• Skill in building and maintaining client relationships while influencing operational decisions.

• Ability to engage onsite operational teams and work alongside the CFO and client leadership.

• Capacity to monitor bad debt and identify deficiencies in client support or performance.

• Must be a resident of the United States.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
