This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Define and spearhead the partner marketing strategy across hyperscalers, data platforms, and emerging AI collaborations.
• Convert company growth goals into partner priorities, investment rationale, and key focus areas.
• Cultivate relationships across alliances, sales, delivery, marketing, and partner organizations.
• Develop and oversee joint value propositions for prioritized partners.
• Integrate partner propositions into global campaigns, capability narratives, and field enablement efforts.
• Transform technical capabilities into precise, repeatable propositions for partners.
• Manage annual co-marketing plans associated with designated target accounts.
• Execute integrated campaigns and create regionally activatable toolkits.
• Oversee marketing for partner flagship events, executive dinners, workshops, and account sessions.
• Manage MDF, including allocation, governance, and measurement of ROI.
• Align strategy and execution with partner marketing and field teams.
• Provide reports on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines, MDF ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
• Scale successful initiatives while discontinuing ineffective ones.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a significant focus on leading partner or alliance marketing programs, ideally within professional services or consulting.
• Demonstrated achievement in managing co-marketing initiatives with a hyperscaler, data platform, or leading ISV, with results quantified in pipeline metrics.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems, including co-sell motions, marketplace, competency and designation programs, and the distinction between partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines.
• Experience with MDF/PMF, encompassing planning, expenditure, governance, and ROI analysis.
• Capability to establish a partner strategy without a predefined playbook and to scale existing motions.
• Strong writing and messaging skills.
• Experience in activating global programs via regional teams.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and program management skills.
• Sound judgment in building relationships with partner counterparts.
• Comfortable taking a hands-on approach in a director-level leadership role.
• Results-oriented and practical, able to function effectively without a predefined structure.
• Proficient in influencing senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, alliances, and delivery without relying on positional authority.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and convey technical capabilities in commercial terms.
