This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set annual goals and implement strategies to achieve them
• Identify, negotiate, and oversee business relationships within a specific portfolio of products and partners
• Deliver tailored go-to-market initiatives, including sales enablement programs for partners
• Collaborate with Product owners on third-party integrations and facilitate coordination across different organizational functions
• Identify high-volume and strategic customers while nurturing partnerships
• Analyze market data to uncover trends and opportunities
• Formulate strategic direction based on market insights and create engaging market analysis presentations
• Conduct analyses to determine the viability of make-versus-buy decisions from partnership, merger, and acquisition perspectives
• Develop, acquire, negotiate, and oversee relationships for third-party integrations
• Create and implement both short- and long-term business growth strategies
• Supervise strategic market/product-line business plans and marketing initiatives that support sales in assigned market segments
• Manage hiring, termination, performance evaluations, and salary reviews
• Direct the activities of first-level managers and/or supervisors
• Plan and oversee revenue, financial reporting, and targets
• Bachelor's degree and over 8 years of relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge in the field coupled with demonstrated leadership abilities
• Capability to guide subordinates in accordance with established MeridianLink policies
• Ability to propose policy changes and set procedures that impact a section or various disciplines
• Proficiency in executing financials, business planning, organizational priorities, and workforce planning
• Competence in adhering to processes and operational policies when selecting methods and techniques for solutions
• Skill in developing and managing operational initiatives to achieve tactical outcomes
• Experience in engaging with subordinate supervisors, clients, and functional peers across sections and multiple units
• Ability to collaborate with key contacts outside of the area of expertise and with external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills to effectively present results and recommendations across various disciplines
• Must pass MeridianLink’s background check, credit check, and drug screening as part of the offer process
• Must provide documentation verifying identity and authorization to work in the United States
