This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Act as a representative for the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic clients within a specified geographic region.
• Foster product acceptance and drive portfolio growth through business development initiatives.
• Offer expertise in technical products and procedures, highlighting competitive product advantages.
• Meet established sales targets through innovative, consultative selling and execution of the U.S. Sales/Marketing strategy.
• Utilize resources to expedite adoption and sales increase for BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVEDERM Collection of fillers, and Kybella brands.
• Collaborate with Allergan Aesthetics cross-portfolio partners and support teams to coordinate activities.
• Complete necessary reporting and adhere to requests and compliance regulations.
• Manage field assets and resources, which includes product samples, marketing materials, equipment, and technical resources.
• Spend four days a week in the field, ensuring a minimum of four customer visits each day.
• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• 3 to 5 years of proven success in medical sales or practice management.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in business.
• Familiarity with general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare sector.
• Understanding of the inner workings of a physician's practice.
• A valid driver's license.
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and adhere to safe driving standards.
• Strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
• A demonstrated history of successful sales execution.
• Effective consultative support skills.
• Strong problem-solving and resolution abilities.
• Capacity to develop essential strategies and implement them successfully.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Financial and budget management experience.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software applications.
