This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the intake and assessment of incoming sales opportunities, RFPs, RFQs, and strategic pursuits.

• Create and uphold qualification criteria, scoring systems, and go/no-go processes.

• Evaluate strategic alignment, revenue potential, profitability, resource needs, timing, and associated risks.

• Facilitate executive reviews and decision-making for major opportunities.

• Track the health of the opportunity pipeline and suggest prioritization strategies.

• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Design, Operations, Project Management, and Finance teams.

• Coordinate resource planning to back qualified pursuits.

• Ensure synchronization between customer expectations and Skyline's operational capabilities.

• Promote communication and accountability throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

• Create reporting dashboards and performance metrics.

• Analyze pipeline trends, conversion rates, opportunity volume, and resource usage.

• Offer recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.

• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

• Standardize opportunity management practices across the organization.

• Develop scalable workflows and governance processes.

• Utilize CRM and technology platforms to enhance visibility and decision-making.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that promote sustainable growth.

• Recruit, develop, and mentor team members.

• Set performance expectations and development plans.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in business development, sales operations, opportunity management, or related areas.

• More than 3 years of leadership experience.

• Experience in managing complex sales opportunities and cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.

• Proficient with CRM and reporting tools.

• Ability to work on a computer for extended durations.

• Effective communication skills in person, virtually, and in writing.

• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Preferred: Experience in exhibit design, trade show services, experiential marketing, branded environments, manufacturing, or similar industries.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting national account growth initiatives.

• Preferred: Knowledge of strategic account planning and pipeline management methodologies.
