This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive provider performance strategy across all clinical service lines.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving operations team.
• Define impactful priorities and facilitate professional growth for team members.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to create a cohesive data vision.
• Establish centralized systems to evaluate, monitor, and forecast provider availability, capacity, and performance across various employment models.
• Supervise the creation of operational tools, workflows, and cross-program dashboards.
• Enable clinical managers to enhance daily performance.
• Deliver real-time performance insights to executive leadership.
• Act as a key operational partner to senior leadership for strategic growth initiatives.
• Maximize provider availability, network utilization, and productivity within the Adult Outpatient Service Line.
• Construct scalable data infrastructure, operational tools, and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Convert intricate performance insights into actionable dashboards and operational systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, scaling, or managing provider performance operations, clinical productivity frameworks, or provider network operations within a healthcare organization, health tech company, or large provider network.
• At least 15 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, healthcare operations, or high-growth health tech environments.
• Over 8 years of direct experience in people management.
• Strong understanding of clinical network operations and essential provider metrics, including panel management, utilization rates, and clinical outcome tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to define analytical frameworks, synthesize complex data sets, and collaborate effectively with analytics teams to transform raw data into operational tools and dashboards.
• Proven experience in developing strategic roadmaps and aligning executive leadership, clinical leaders, and cross-functional teams around common goals.
• Proven capability to standardize and scale complex, disparate processes into efficient systems.
• A strong passion for enhancing access to high-quality, evidence-based mental health care.
