This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the performance of various manufacturing facilities and distribution centers throughout North America.
• Lead initiatives in safety, quality, environmental compliance, production efficiency, conversion costs, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Foster a culture centered around safety and environmental responsibility.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and company HSE policies.
• Advocate for proactive risk management and ongoing enhancements in safety performance.
• Guarantee safe, dependable, and cost-efficient operations across production facilities.
• Propel continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and principles of operational excellence.
• Enhance productivity, quality, inventory control, logistics, and supply chain efficiency.
• Maintain complete P&L accountability for the Building Products Business Unit.
• Formulate annual operational plans, forecasts, capital budgets, and strategic business strategies.
• Drive initiatives for revenue growth, margin enhancement, cash flow generation, and return on invested capital.
• Monitor business performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Establish and track key performance indicators.
• Lead innovation efforts and collaborate with technical, engineering, and commercial teams on new products and market solutions.
• Assess market opportunities and prioritize strategic investments.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and succession planning for team members.
• Encourage accountability, engagement, collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, building products, industrial, or analogous sectors.
• Familiarity with building materials, construction products, distribution networks, and manufacturing methodologies.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing comprehensive P&L responsibility.
• Established track record of achieving growth, operational enhancements, and financial success.
• Frequent capability to sit, stand, walk; utilize hands; reach; and communicate verbally.
• Occasional ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Capacity to work in operational environments with required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and hearing protection.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including air and auto travel.
• MBA is preferred.
