This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee the implementation of APX's intricate offers.
• Manage all responsibilities related to LDES offers on a global scale.
• Supervise the offer development process assets, which include the Responsive offer development tool and content library.
• Lead a team of Offer Managers who support APX technology and LDES opportunities throughout North America.
• Provide guidance and oversight for the development of proposals.
• Organize and prioritize the proposal portfolio, resources, and delivery timelines.
• Direct customer proposal development by integrating technical, commercial, pricing, scheduling, and contractual requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent offers, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, commercial, and business leadership teams.
• Act as the customer interface during the proposal phase.
• Assist in fostering strategic partnerships and integration activities with external organizations.
• Oversee Business Development budgets for North America and LDES offer development.
• Communicate updates on proposal status, costs, schedules, and risks to Energy Systems leadership.
• Enhance offer development processes, tools, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage proposal management systems, content libraries, and knowledge management resources.
• Oversee the Definition of Responsibility and interfaces between Offer Development and APX Delivery teams.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial offer development, project management, business development, or related leadership positions.
• Proven leadership experience in the nuclear industry, including the management of complex teams and projects.
• Experience in leading, developing, and mentoring teams is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources for large-scale projects and proposal efforts.
• Experience with international and domestic energy projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with U.S. Government-funded programs, including Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs), is preferred.
• Knowledge of the AP1000 program is advantageous.
