This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Take ownership and expand Zippy’s partner-driven revenue engine within wholesale and broker channels.
• Develop and manage the comprehensive growth strategy for wholesale and broker channels.
• Hold channel leaders accountable for achieving revenue goals, increasing market share, and enhancing partner performance.
• Assess performance and modify strategy, resources, and priorities to optimize outcomes.
• Establish metrics, reporting standards, and an operational rhythm across the growth organization.
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of reporting, dashboards, and insights for effective channel management.
• Foster accountability through performance evaluations and data-informed decision-making.
• Create scalable playbooks, processes, onboarding, activation, and account management frameworks.
• Identify execution deficiencies and implement suitable systems and processes.
• Direct market expansion, prioritize markets, strategize partnerships, and determine channel mix.
• Base expansion plans on headcount, budget, loan volume, and risk considerations.
• Align stakeholders to ensure operational and strategic readiness in markets.
• Serve as a liaison between the wholesale/broker organization and executive leadership.
• Coordinate efforts among Growth, Product, Originations, and Capital Markets teams.
• Highlight key risks, opportunities, and strategic decisions to leadership.
• Maintain oversight of top partners and the health of the ecosystem.
• Support impactful partner relationships and engage with executives.
• Uphold standards for partner performance, experience, and long-term value.
• Proven experience in owning or significantly influencing revenue performance within a high-growth setting.
• Demonstrated capability to lead leaders and scale teams across various management levels.
• Strong strategic acumen with the ability to translate vision into actionable direction and execution.
• Experience in establishing metrics, operational cadence, and accountability frameworks across teams.
• Capacity to recognize and address gaps in systems, processes, or talent.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and an ability to align teams around common objectives.
• High business judgment with an understanding of the trade-offs between growth, risk, and efficiency.
• Executive presence and experience collaborating closely with senior leadership.
• Must reside in Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin.
