This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create, develop, and execute training materials for existing and upcoming products.
• Identify, design, and implement advanced learning programs concentrated on clinical expertise, skill enhancement, strategic alliances, and account management.
• Set learning and development goals and initiatives for high-achieving commercial field teams.
• Assist new employees through onboarding, completion of new-hire training, and continuous skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes and accelerate competency acquisition.
• Roll out learning programs encompassing onboarding, home-study curricula, live/virtual training sessions, area/regional meetings, and national sales meetings/POAs.
• Identify knowledge gaps within field teams and address these through targeted training initiatives.
• Acquire knowledge of new disease-state materials and implement training in a timely manner.
• Assess the competency levels of training participants and provide comprehensive evaluations and feedback.
• Collaborate with sales management to develop tailored development plans.
• Ensure that activities and materials adhere to internal regulatory and legal standards.
• Partner with Sales, Medical/Clinical, Legal, Regulatory, and other strategic collaborators to create and deliver training programs.
• Oversee and manage the LMS administrator and distance-learning technology for commercial field teams.
• Manage vendor partnerships from selection through content creation and deployment.
• Conduct presentation-skills training for speakers working with medical and commercial teams.
• Engage in research to support the development of future training materials.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven success as a sales representative in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
• At least 6 years of experience within a national sales training department.
• Proficient in curriculum development and delivery.
• Essential experience in a pharmaceutical training setting is required.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical sales environment with training exposure is necessary.
• Experience managing all aspects of a comprehensive, multi-component program from conception to execution in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proven history of developing and implementing successful training programs.
• Highly proficient in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Familiarity with both traditional and contemporary training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Solid understanding of effective instructional design.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking and a creative mindset.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in training and facilitation.
• Willingness to travel 50% based on client training needs.
• Ability to work remotely.
