This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Venezuela, +5 more countries.
• Take charge of how Hadley Designs identifies, assesses, and secures top-tier global talent.
• Oversee the overall people framework for a remote, contractor-focused organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a recruiting mechanism that provides a robust pipeline of candidates.
• Enhance people systems as the company progresses towards $100M and beyond.
• Supervise one direct report, the People Operations Specialist.
• Identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, freelancing platforms, and referrals.
• Evaluate applicants for potential red flags, competency alignment, and scorecard conformity.
• Conduct test projects, review submissions, facilitate first-round group interviews, and manage the candidate experience from start to finish.
• Optimize sourcing channels and develop continuous hiring shortlists.
• Oversee and enhance Glassdoor reviews, coordinate team review initiatives, solicit feedback, and highlight concerns.
• Provide weekly hiring pipeline updates by channel and role, monitoring funnel performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Design and implement systems for engaging, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
• Work with leadership on organizational structuring and capacity planning.
• Set performance expectations, assessment frameworks, and development pathways.
• Create a consistent talent experience that fosters engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Offer workforce insights and data-driven suggestions to leadership.
• Collaborate with external service providers to enhance people operations.
• Meet talent acquisition and people operations KPIs, including maintaining a time-to-fill of under 45 days and securing 250+ qualified applicants weekly for active roles.
• 3-5+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce environments.
• Proven success in hiring across marketing, operations, Amazon, product, and leadership positions.
• Experience in conducting structured interviews, test projects, and group interviews.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and OnlineJobs.ph.
• Proficient in managing hiring systems using Notion, ClickUp, or other lightweight ATS tools.
• Strong writing skills for crafting clear job postings, engaging outreach, and direct communication with candidates.
• Ability to manage 5-10 active roles simultaneously without compromising the hiring process.
• Experience in maintaining brand reputation and addressing feedback, including Glassdoor reviews.
• Background in developing and managing reports on hiring metrics.
• 5+ years of advancing HR or people operations experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Direct experience in managing contractor-centric or distributed teams.
• Proven ability to build compliant, scalable people systems.
• Strong grasp of contractor classification, employment law, and risk management strategies.
