📋 Description

• Collaborate with the VP of International Government Relations and senior leadership to develop comprehensive government relations strategies across various business units, specifically aimed at key global growth markets.

• Perform thorough analysis of political, regulatory, and competitive environments within targeted markets.

• Distill intricate information from a variety of sources into clear, executive-ready insights that aid in strategic decision-making.

• Work closely with the International Government Relations team to pinpoint emerging geopolitical opportunities and risks in target markets, translating those insights into practical strategic initiatives.

• Assist the VP of International Government Relations in transforming the International Government Relations team through the FLIGHT DECK initiative.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive in-house experience within a U.S. corporate setting, showcasing expertise in government relations, public policy, or related strategic roles.

• Proven ability to produce high-quality strategic recommendations and presentations under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments.

• Strong capability to quickly grasp new information regarding unfamiliar markets, regulatory frameworks, and political dynamics.

• Demonstrated success in formulating and implementing effective strategies within complex international contexts.

• Ability to juggle multiple strategic initiatives concurrently while ensuring exceptional attention to detail and quality.

• Profound understanding of global regulatory frameworks and experience navigating a variety of political systems.

• Proven ability to work effectively within highly matrixed organizations and to build influence without direct authority.

• Significant experience in multicultural settings.

• Master's degree required.

• Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English.
