Director of Strategic Accounts – SLED Northeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create opportunities to showcase the Tanium platform within designated territories and/or accounts.

• Communicate the benefits of the Tanium platform to decision-makers and oversee intricate sales processes.

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships within the assigned territories and/or accounts.

• Demonstrate the advantages of the Tanium platform to C-suite executives.

• Collaborate with Partner and Marketing teams to enhance prospecting and sales initiatives.

• Drive sales development activities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

• Provide accurate forecasts and uphold SFDC data integrity.

• Host online webinars or conduct in-person presentations to generate qualified leads.

• Travel as necessary.

• Deliver customized technology solutions to meet customer needs and surpass assigned quotas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in State/Local Government and Higher Education within the Northeast region.

• Extensive enterprise software sales experience, including the generation and closure of large, complex software deals.

• Capability to manage and utilize virtual resources for handling significant and intricate sales cycles.

• Proven history of exceeding sales quotas.

• Experience in engaging and presenting to C-suite level contacts.

• Established network of partners, distributors, and VARs.

• Ability to promote and develop new business opportunities within designated territories and/or accounts.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
