This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel revenue growth for RavenVolt’s front-of-the-meter energy storage solutions, focusing mainly on utility projects ranging from 5 to 100MW.
• Broaden RavenVolt’s presence among developer-owners, independent power producers, electric cooperatives, and municipal utilities.
• Assist in the expansion of the FTM sales strategy to meet BESS revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
• Formulate and spearhead strategic growth initiatives within key utility and developer market segments.
• Generate new project development opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with current customer asset owners.
• Manage intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes from qualification to commercial structuring and contract execution for utility-scale BESS.
• Establish and sustain executive-level relationships with decision-makers at utilities, developers, and power producers.
• Drive joint account planning and create multi-year growth strategies linked to project pipelines and investment cycles.
• Enhance CRM usage in Salesforce for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting purposes.
• Supervise pricing strategies, proposals, and financial modeling for front-of-the-meter BESS applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, project development, and operations teams on system design feasibility, proposal deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
• Represent RavenVolt at industry events, utility conferences, BESS trade shows, and client briefings.
• Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, ISO/RTO developments, and the competitive environment in front-of-the-meter energy storage.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of proven sales experience and success, ideally in front-of-the-meter energy storage or wholesale power projects.
• Proven track record in selling complex, value-driven technical or energy infrastructure solutions.
• Strong financial and commercial insight, including expertise in energy market revenues, capacity modeling, and project ROI.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience in working with engineering and project delivery teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of grid-connected power projects, preferably BESS.
• Familiarity with interconnection processes, ISO/RTO market frameworks, and utility procurement cycles.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%, depending on trade shows, customer site visits, and corporate events.
• Commission.
