This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and implement a 3 to 5-year sales strategy for North America.
• Convert strategic objectives into yearly plans for revenue, margins, market share, and customer expansion.
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities within essential industrial sectors.
• Oversee commercial planning, forecasting, and execution throughout the region.
• Take ownership of sales performance, pipeline development, forecast precision, and revenue growth targets.
• Set priorities for accounts, regions, and channels.
• Engage in strategic customer meetings, executive reviews, negotiations, and significant bidding opportunities.
• Deliver business insights, market intelligence, and performance reports to leadership.
• Cultivate relationships with executive-level customers, EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Direct strategic account reviews and collaborative growth planning initiatives.
• Negotiate long-term commercial agreements and customer partnerships.
• Represent AEG Power Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and customer forums.
• Align customer needs and market opportunities with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Service, and Project Execution teams.
• Influence portfolio priorities, commercialization strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
• Assist in developing differentiated solutions and value propositions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop sales, technical solutions, business development, and service professionals.
• Set performance expectations, succession plans, and capability development strategies.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing commercial talent.
• Promote accountability, customer focus, innovation, and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth in power electronics, industrial electrical equipment, critical power systems, energy storage systems, renewable energy technologies, utility infrastructure, or power conversion solutions.
• Strong knowledge of industrial UPS systems, battery chargers and rectifiers, inverters and converters, DC power systems, energy storage technologies, electrical distribution systems, power quality solutions, and renewable energy applications.
• Expertise in strategic business development.
• Exceptional executive-level presentation and communication abilities.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Sound commercial and financial understanding.
• Customer-focused relationship management skills.
• Experience in leading geographically dispersed teams.
