This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and manage the global Account Executive team focused on existing customers.
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and career advancement of a high-performing international team.
• Foster growth within key accounts through renewals, upsells, and collaborative customer partnerships.
• Engage with developers, product managers, and executive stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
• Monitor Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) as key success indicators.
• Analyze customer organizations, pinpoint challenges and use cases, and develop customized solutions.
• Establish account segmentation, customer lifecycle phases, and engagement strategies.
• Develop and impart pipeline development skills to the team.
• Collaborate with leaders in Product, Marketing, Solutions, and Customer Solutions.
• Incorporate customer feedback into product roadmap priorities.
• Create playbooks, tools, and systems for forecasting, pipeline management, and expansion reporting.
• Monitor expansion metrics, user trends, and upsell conversion rates.
• Manage renewals, safeguard retention, and minimize churn.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
• More than 4 years of experience in a management role.
• At least 2 years of experience in second-line leadership, overseeing managers who lead teams.
• Proven track record of owning expansion and renewal objectives at a portfolio level.
• Experience in establishing systems and teams that consistently achieve targets.
• Strong discipline in developing pipelines both vertically and horizontally.
• History of increasing enterprise revenue through complex technical buying committees.
• In-depth understanding of post-sale processes and enterprise expansion.
• Capability to define account segmentation, lifecycle phases, and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational mapping abilities.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across Solutions, Product, and Customer Solutions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Technical proficiency with contemporary software development workflows (bonus).
• Background in developer tools, headless CMS, composable platforms, or digital experience infrastructure (bonus).
• Preference for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area (bonus).
