This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and support a national sales strategy focused on behind-the-meter solutions to meet revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
• Propel new business development in commercial, industrial, healthcare, data center, and critical infrastructure sectors.
• Manage intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders from qualification to proposal crafting, commercial structuring, and contract finalization.
• Forge and sustain executive-level relationships with strategic clients and key decision-makers.
• Formulate account growth strategies and long-term pipeline planning aligned with the company's goals.
• Oversee and expand strategic accounts while seeking opportunities to increase share of wallet.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and successful execution.
• Supervise pricing strategies, proposal creation, and value-driven financial modeling.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM.
• Keep abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, regulatory updates, and the competitive landscape in the behind-the-meter energy sector.
• Represent RavenVolt at industry events, customer briefings, and conferences.
• Assist in sales leadership initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing enhancement of sales processes.
• Travel as needed for client and corporate engagements, averaging around 30%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of progressive sales experience in the energy, utilities, power systems, or distributed energy resources sectors.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex technical or energy infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with behind-the-meter energy solutions, including microgrids, distributed generation, battery energy storage, or electrification systems.
• Strong financial and commercial insight with experience in ROI-based selling.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Capable of managing complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Preferred experience in distributed energy resources, microgrids, or backup power solutions.
• Preferred background working within matrixed technical organizations.
• Familiarity with power quality, resilience solutions, and economics-driven energy applications.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required for client and corporate engagements.
• Salary range of $140,000.00–$165,000.00 plus commission.
• Potential eligibility for a Company incentive or bonus program.
