This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the architecture for Interplay Learning's revenue technology ecosystem, which includes Salesforce and the wider GTM tech stack.
• Manage the complete systems development lifecycle from solution design and configuration to testing, deployment, and continuous optimization.
• Create and oversee integrations, APIs, and automation processes.
• Set best practices regarding release management, change control, documentation, and system governance.
• Design and sustain the data architecture for revenue systems and reporting.
• Implement data governance, validation, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to provide scalable reporting throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Discover and adopt AI-driven tools and automation.
• Develop intelligent workflows to enhance self-service, proactive monitoring, and operational efficiency.
• Assess emerging AI functionalities across Salesforce and the GTM technology landscape.
• Manage Salesforce and the revenue systems environment, ensuring security, permissions, system health, and administration.
• Enhance platform performance and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Services to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Assist with executive reporting and support the broader RevOps strategy and governance.
• Build and lead a technical systems team as the function expands.
• Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, systems engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems.
• Proven track record of managing the full systems development lifecycle from solution design to deployment and ongoing support.
• In-depth expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, integrations, data modeling, and system governance.
• Practical experience in implementing AI-driven tools, workflow automation, and contemporary GTM technologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and the broader revenue tech stack.
• Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage.
• Background in supporting PE- or venture-backed SaaS companies, ideally within the $50M–$150M revenue range.
• Understanding of subscription, usage-based, transactional, and professional services revenue models.
• Strong skills in project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in building executive reporting, leading technical initiatives, or managing a team is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without restrictions.
• Must reside in the United States.
• A background check and drug and alcohol test are required after a job offer is made.
