This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Implement Athennian's revenue strategy while establishing a data-informed decision-making process.
• Convert business goals into revenue objectives, capacity frameworks, and workforce planning.
• Spot high-impact opportunities in areas such as acquisition, conversion, expansion, and net revenue retention.
• Align pricing and packaging strategies with lifetime value (LTV) and market penetration ambitions.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to design, construct, and sustain outbound automation.
• Manage the revenue forecasting process alongside Finance, enhancing customer experience forecasting.
• Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) while proactively identifying risks.
• Serve as the accountability layer for go-to-market teams, utilizing conversion metrics.
• Take ownership of quarterly review presentations and the data contained within.
• Standardize definitions, service level agreements (SLAs), and accountability frameworks across go-to-market functions.
• Supervise lead qualification, deal attribution, SKU management, and pipeline hygiene.
• Manage the HubSpot ecosystem and establish the architectural direction for the CRM.
• Collaborate with technical leads and consultants for system enhancements or redesign.
• Design AI-enhanced revenue-stack workflows for CRM hygiene, lead routing, and administrative automation.
• Set and uphold data quality and hygiene standards as a singular source of truth for revenue reporting.
• Create and document comprehensive processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Directly oversee, mentor, and provide technical advice to the RevOps Analyst.
• Build a high-performing RevOps function with defined ownership and escalation paths.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in high-growth RevOps, go-to-market strategy, or sales operations.
• Previous experience in a managerial role; this position is not intended for first-time managers.
• Essential experience in B2B SaaS.
• Expert-level understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, including ARR, LTV/CAC, churn dynamics, pipeline velocity, and incentive design.
• Proven history of influencing decisions at the C-suite and board level through data-driven insights.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI-driven workflows, including agentic automation, predictive lead scoring, and AI-assisted CRM hygiene.
• Strong familiarity with the CRM ecosystem; preference for HubSpot experience.
• Capability to make high-level architectural decisions and critically assess consultant recommendations.
• Ability to advocate for data integrity in executive discussions.
• Competence in translating complex data into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic, outcome-focused mindset with the ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
• A pragmatic, tool-agnostic approach and comfort with ambiguity.
• Must be able to live and work full-time in the US or Canada.
