This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver strategic, operational, and clinical guidance throughout the health system.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy for the imaging service line that aligns with organizational goals and market expansion targets.
• Collaborate with market, hospital, physician, and executive leadership.
• Drive service line performance through strategic planning, program development, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and collaborative leadership.
• Assess long-term planning, new initiatives and strategies, and regulatory factors impacting the radiology service line.
• Recognize emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Oversee standardized operating procedures, quality metrics, workflow optimization, and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Suggest methods to improve financial performance and business prospects for the radiology service line.
• Assist clinical leadership in formulating and executing market-wide strategic goals and objectives.
• Counsel executive management regarding the financial implications of activities within the radiology service line.
• Tackle broad, complex, and abstract issues affecting the health market.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior executives to identify needs and create business, strategic, and operational solutions.
• Lead collaborative internal and external teams across various functional areas.
• Articulate the organization's vision and objectives.
• Utilize financial concepts and tools to analyze situations and support both short- and long-term departmental goals.
• One Imaging Modality licensure (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
• Over 7 years of experience in operational leadership roles within imaging services.
• More than 5 years of experience supporting multi-site or market service line strategies for imaging services.
• Extensive knowledge of imaging services.
• Expertise in strategic planning and execution.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in relationship building.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Capability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead through influence.
• Experience in change management.

• Willingness to travel long distances or by air as necessary, not exceeding 10% travel.
