This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership throughout the health system.
β’ Develop and implement a comprehensive imaging service line strategy that aligns with organizational priorities and market growth goals.
β’ Collaborate with market, hospital, physician, and executive leaders to enhance service line performance.
β’ Drive strategic planning, program development, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and collaborative leadership.
β’ Assess long-term planning, introduce and cultivate new programs and strategies, and offer guidance on regulatory compliance.
β’ Support departmental imaging leaders to foster action and sustainability.
β’ Determine and convey critical success factors for various markets and regions.
β’ Recognize emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
β’ Oversee standardized operating procedures, quality metrics, workflow optimization, and performance improvement initiatives.
β’ Suggest strategies to improve financial performance and business opportunities within the radiology service line.
β’ Aid clinical leadership in formulating and executing market-wide strategic goals and objectives.
β’ Inform executive management about the financial implications of radiology service line activities.
β’ Tackle broad, complex, and abstract health market-wide issues using creativity, Lean diagnostic techniques, negotiation, and diplomacy.
β’ Cultivate relationships with senior executives to discern needs and develop business, strategic, and operational solutions.
β’ Lead collaborative internal and external teams across various functional areas.
β’ Articulate the organization's vision and goals.
β’ Apply financial concepts and tools to analyze situations and make decisions that support departmental objectives.
β’ One Imaging Modality licensure (required).
β’ Certified Radiology Administrators (CRA) (preferred).
β’ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field (required).
β’ Master's degree (preferred).
β’ Over 7 years of experience in operational leadership roles within imaging services.
β’ More than 5 years of experience supporting multi-site or market service line strategy for imaging services.
β’ Extensive knowledge of imaging services.
β’ Proficiency in strategic planning and execution.
β’ Understanding of regulatory compliance.
β’ Strong relationship-building skills.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
β’ Capability to work independently.
β’ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Strong critical thinking abilities.
β’ Experience in leading through influence.
β’ Knowledge of change management principles.
