This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Professional Services function from start to finish
• Manage a team of approximately ten individuals across two tiers, including four direct reports: three Implementation Managers and the Manager of Professional Services
• Ensure high delivery quality throughout implementation and ongoing solution engagements
• Take responsibility for client care outcomes in alignment with service levels through the Manager of Professional Services
• Promote post-implementation adoption to ensure districts achieve the value they have purchased
• Plan resources and capacity effectively across the function
• Develop and sustain the methodologies, templates, and standards utilized by the team
• Handle commercial performance aspects, including scoping, pricing, and margin, in collaboration with the VP and Finance
• Act as the senior escalation point above the Implementation Manager and Manager levels
• Mentor and develop direct reports
• Modernize current processes and establish undocumented processes while continuing to deliver work and support district go-lives
• 7 to 12 years of professional experience
• 5 to 8 years of direct people management experience
• Proven personal ownership of a large-scale, multi-department rollout from initiation to steady state, whether on the vendor side or district side
• Experience in creating a process, playbook, or operational framework from scratch
• Demonstrated ability to recover a project that was genuinely at risk of failure
• A consistent approach to ensuring that a new system remains effective post go-live, with measurable results
• Responsibility for operating metrics for a managed team, including taking action when metrics decline
• Working knowledge of K-12 systems, single sign-on, student information systems, and data provisioning
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with Sales and Finance
• Willingness to travel 10% to 25% for internal meetings, conferences, industry events, and occasional on-site district work
• Background check required upon offer
