This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Manage P&L and business performance for a client portfolio valued at $3β5M.
β’ Lead budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost control to sustain profitable margins.
β’ Ensure high-quality delivery and outcomes for ERP/SaaS implementation projects.
β’ Inspire, develop, and lead teams of consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
β’ Act as the senior point of escalation and relationship manager for key clients.
β’ Distribute and balance team resources across ongoing projects.
β’ Recognize delivery and financial risks and apply mitigation strategies.
β’ Collaborate with Sales on defining scope, pricing, and positioning for new projects.
β’ Enhance delivery lifecycle processes for improved efficiency.
β’ Take part in finalizing roadmaps and prioritizing tasks.
β’ Directly engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience.
β’ Work in partnership with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
β’ 10β15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or similar positions within the software or technology sector.
β’ At least 3β5 years of leadership or management experience, ideally as a Senior Manager or Director in a Professional Services environment.
β’ Experience managing a portfolio of projects while overseeing P&L and a book of business generating revenues up to $3β5M.
β’ Proven success in achieving and maintaining healthy profit margins within a Professional Services division.
β’ Demonstrated capability in transforming loss positions into profitable ventures through strategic planning and execution.
β’ Experience in delivering ERP/SaaS product implementations in short, time-constrained cycles of less than 6 months across multiple projects.
β’ Strong client relationship management skills with key stakeholders and a focus on customer success.
β’ Financial expertise, encompassing budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
β’ Must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 15β20% for in-person client meetings.
β’ Availability to work hours that overlap with EST, CST, or PST.
