This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take ownership of P&L and business performance for a portfolio of client engagements valued at $3β5M
β’ Manage budgeting, revenue projections, and expense control to ensure robust profit margins
β’ Supervise the quality of delivery and outcomes across ERP/SaaS implementation initiatives
β’ Guide, develop, and inspire consultants, business analysts, and project managers
β’ Act as the primary escalation and relationship liaison for key clients
β’ Distribute and balance team resources across ongoing projects
β’ Recognize delivery and financial risks and put in place mitigation strategies
β’ Collaborate with Sales on defining scope, pricing, and positioning of new projects
β’ Enhance delivery lifecycle processes
β’ Contribute to finalizing project roadmaps and prioritizing tasks
β’ Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure enjoyable experiences
β’ Work alongside Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
β’ 10β15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or related roles within the software or technology sector
β’ At least 3β5 years of leadership or management experience, ideally as a Senior Manager or Director in a Professional Services environment
β’ Experience managing a portfolio of projects and overseeing P&L with revenues up to $3β5M
β’ Proven ability to achieve and maintain a healthy profit margin in Professional Services
β’ Demonstrated success in transforming loss positions into profitable ventures
β’ Hands-on leadership in ERP/SaaS implementation delivery, including direct management of escalations
β’ Technical expertise and experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on scope, priorities, root cause analysis, and sprint planning
β’ Proven track record of delivering ERP/SaaS implementations within time-boxed cycles of less than 6 months across multiple projects
β’ Experience in client relationship management with key stakeholders and ensuring customer success
β’ Strong financial knowledge in budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management
β’ Must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada
β’ Willing to travel approximately 15β20% to meet clients in person
β’ Must be available to work hours that overlap with EST, CST, or PST
