This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take ownership of the P&L and performance of a $3β5M portfolio of client projects.
β’ Manage budgeting, revenue forecasts, and cost control to sustain healthy profit margins.
β’ Ensure high delivery quality and successful outcomes across ERP/SaaS implementation projects.
β’ Lead, develop, and inspire consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
β’ Act as the senior escalation and relationship point for key clients.
β’ Allocate and balance resources across ongoing engagements.
β’ Recognize delivery and financial risks and execute mitigation strategies.
β’ Collaborate with Sales on the scoping, pricing, and positioning of new projects.
β’ Promote process enhancements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
β’ Contribute to finalizing roadmaps and prioritizing tasks.
β’ Interact directly with clients to grasp their needs and ensure positive experiences.
β’ Work in tandem with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
β’ 10β15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or similar positions within the software or technology sector.
β’ At least 3β5 years of leadership or management experience, ideally as a Senior Manager or Director in a Professional Services organization.
β’ Experience managing a portfolio of projects and overseeing P&L with revenues of up to $3β5M.
β’ Proven success in achieving and maintaining a healthy profit margin in Professional Services.
β’ A track record of transforming loss positions into profitable operations.
β’ Direct leadership experience in ERP/SaaS implementation delivery.
β’ Ownership of customer escalations and expertise in technical problem-solving.
β’ Technical knowledge and experience collaborating with Product and Engineering on scope, priorities, root causes, and sprint planning.
β’ History of delivering ERP/SaaS implementations in under six months across multiple concurrent projects.
β’ Experience in client relationship management.
β’ Strong financial skills in budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
β’ Must be based in Canada and legally eligible to work there.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 15β20% to meet clients in person.
β’ Availability to work hours that overlap with EST, CST, or PST.
