This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take ownership of P&L and overall business performance for a client engagement portfolio valued at $3β5M.
β’ Manage budgeting, revenue projections, and cost control to ensure robust profit margins.
β’ Supervise the quality of delivery and outcomes for ERP/SaaS implementation projects.
β’ Inspire, develop, and lead consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
β’ Act as the primary escalation point and relationship manager for key clients.
β’ Distribute and balance team resources across ongoing engagements.
β’ Identify delivery and financial risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
β’ Collaborate with Sales on defining scope, pricing, and positioning for new engagements.
β’ Propel improvements in the delivery lifecycle processes.
β’ Participate in the finalization of roadmaps and ticket prioritization.
β’ Directly engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience.
β’ Work in collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
β’ 10β15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or related roles within the software or technology sector.
β’ At least 3β5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, ideally as a Senior Manager or Director within a Professional Services organization.
β’ Experience managing a portfolio of projects and overseeing P&L with revenues of up to $3β5M.
β’ Proven success in achieving and maintaining a healthy profit margin within the Professional Services division.
β’ A record of transforming loss positions into profitable ventures through effective strategy and execution.
β’ Hands-on leadership experience in ERP/SaaS implementation delivery, including managing escalations directly.
β’ Demonstrated technical expertise and collaboration with Product and Engineering on scope, prioritization, root cause analysis, and sprint planning.
β’ Strong delivery management capabilities with successful ERP/SaaS implementations completed within short, time-sensitive cycles of under 6 months across multiple concurrent projects.
β’ Experience in managing client relationships and driving customer success.
β’ Solid financial acumen, encompassing budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
β’ Residing in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 15β20% for client meetings.
β’ Availability to work hours that overlap with EST, CST, or PST.
