This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take ownership of P&L and the performance of a $3β5M portfolio of client engagements.
β’ Manage budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost control to ensure healthy profit margins.
β’ Supervise the quality of delivery and outcomes for ERP/SaaS implementation projects.
β’ Lead, nurture, and inspire a team of consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
β’ Act as the primary escalation and relationship contact for key clients.
β’ Allocate and balance resources across ongoing engagements.
β’ Identify delivery and financial risks, implementing plans to mitigate them.
β’ Collaborate with Sales for scoping, pricing, and positioning of new projects.
β’ Foster process improvements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
β’ Participate in finalizing roadmaps and prioritizing project tickets.
β’ Engage directly with clients to comprehend their needs and ensure positive experiences.
β’ Work collaboratively with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
β’ 10β15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or related roles within the software or technology sector.
β’ At least 3β5 years of leadership or management experience, ideally in a Senior Manager or Director role within a Professional Services firm.
β’ Experience managing a portfolio of projects with P&L responsibilities and revenues of up to $3β5M.
β’ Proven success in achieving and sustaining a robust Professional Services profit margin.
β’ Established history of transforming loss positions into profitable ventures.
β’ Direct leadership experience in ERP/SaaS implementation delivery and managing customer escalations.
β’ Demonstrated technical expertise and experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, including sprint planning.
β’ A track record of delivering ERP/SaaS implementations within time-boxed cycles of under 6 months across multiple projects.
β’ Experience in managing client relationships.
β’ Strong financial acumen, including skills in budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
β’ Must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in the country.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 15β20% to meet clients in person.
β’ Availability to work hours that overlap with EST, CST, or PST.
