This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Take charge of the subscriber value strategy, encompassing membership portfolio design, tier structures, bundles, unbundled offerings, and decisions on build versus partnership.
• Lead the Subscriber Value roadmap and create freemium features that provide quantifiable value to members.
• Increase revenue per membership and decide the optimal moments to monetize incrementally versus enhancing tier value.
• Manage premium third-party services, identify potential partners, establish launch and performance metrics, and expand partner offerings.
• Oversee pricing strategies, packaging, promotional tactics, discount strategies, and pricing adjustments across App Store, Google Play, and web billing.
• Develop business cases and navigate pricing initiatives through executive approval processes.
• Propel experimentation from preliminary validation through comprehensive testing utilizing AI and data science techniques.
• Function as an AI-native product leader and contribute to defining AI-native product management in monetization contexts.
• Establish a multi-quarter strategy across product surfaces and advocate for subscriber value with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Over 10 years of experience in consumer product management.
• More than 5 years of experience driving subscription monetization at scale.
• Proven track record managing millions of paying subscribers and being accountable for revenue outcomes.
• Demonstrable achievements in expanding a subscription business and delivering features that enhance subscriber value and satisfaction.
• Direct involvement in pricing and packaging, including implementing price increases or reconfiguring product offerings.
• Experience in commercial partnerships, including revenue-sharing or embedded-partner integrations.
• Strong understanding of mobile subscription mechanics, App Store and Google Play frameworks, proration, mid-cycle upgrades, refunds, cancellations, web billing, and subscription regulations.
• Proficient in unit economics, including metrics such as lifetime value, gross margin, customer acquisition cost, cohort retention curves, and contribution per member.
• Director-level strategic leadership experience across multiple quarter product portfolios.
• Required experience in AI-native product operations, including daily AI utilization, current tools, AI-assisted research, modeling, drafting, prototyping, analytics, experimentation, and product delivery.
