This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee Arena's Product Marketing division for PLM and QMS solutions.
β’ Establish product positioning, launch strategies, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
β’ Develop portfolio messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
β’ Cultivate market expertise, customer insights, competitive analysis, and market intelligence.
β’ Identify target markets, buyer personas, and use cases across critical industries.
β’ Create annual and quarterly product marketing strategies and execution plans.
β’ Drive go-to-market planning for new products, features, and major releases.
β’ Coordinate efforts between Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing during launches.
β’ Advocate for product positioning across campaigns, digital platforms, events, analyst meetings, partner programs, and sales support.
β’ Assist in pricing, packaging, market segmentation, and commercialization strategies.
β’ Lead the development of sales enablement content, competitive intelligence, and market research initiatives.
β’ Represent Arena at customer meetings, executive briefings, webinars, analyst engagements, and industry events.
β’ Direct customer marketing initiatives to enhance adoption, expansion, retention, and advocacy.
β’ Establish customer reference, testimonial, case study, and success story programs.
β’ Collect customer feedback and measurable outcomes to guide messaging and product development.
β’ Mentor, recruit, develop, and retain the Product Marketing team.
β’ Set priorities, objectives, performance expectations, and success metrics.
β’ Develop scalable marketing processes and oversee budgets, agencies, and investments.
β’ Promote cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Corporate Marketing, and executive leadership.
β’ 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software Product Marketing.
β’ 5+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
β’ Profound knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and contemporary product development processes.
β’ Proven success in crafting product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for enterprise software.
β’ Strong grasp of engineering, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory workflows.
β’ Experience in marketing enterprise software to engineering, manufacturing, quality, and product development sectors.
β’ Established ability to convey intricate technical concepts to executive, business, and technical audiences.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives within global, matrixed organizations.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
β’ Preferred: experience in marketing enterprise SaaS solutions for manufacturing organizations.
β’ Preferred: knowledge of digital thread, engineering collaboration, product development, and quality management technologies.
β’ Preferred: experience collaborating with industry analysts, influencers, and strategic customers.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with high technology, semiconductor, medical device, industrial manufacturing, or aerospace & defense sectors.
β’ Preferred: experience presenting at customer conferences, industry events, and executive briefings.
