• Define and implement go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth Marketing teams.
• Manage the end-to-end analyst relations (AR) program: nurture relationships with Gartner, Forrester, and IDC; oversee the briefing and inquiry schedule; and steer the company's response strategy to published research and competitive positioning in analyst reports.
• Lead and coordinate new product introductions and launches across various functions.
• Act as Pindrop's external expert on AI-driven voice security, representing the company at industry conferences, analyst briefings, and media interactions.
• Collaborate with the CMO to develop Pindrop's category narrative for voice security and AI-driven fraud prevention.
• Drive competitive and market intelligence initiatives across all segments, including win/loss analysis, persona development, and ownership of competitive battle cards.
• Convert intricate technical capabilities: Phoneprint, deepfake detection, carrier data signals, and GenAI-powered fraud analysis into evidence-driven, value-based narratives that resonate with CISOs, fraud executives, and contact center leaders.
• Oversee PMM program budgets and OKR accountability across all product lines, directly managing pipeline influence and revenue metrics for the segment.
• Handle all internal and external product claims, customer reference initiatives, and documentation standards.
• Function within Pindrop's agile pod model: act as a strategic advisor to each growth pod (Core, PFM, Healthcare) while holding the team accountable for sprint outputs and OKRs.
• Minimum of 10 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including at least 3 years of managing and developing a PMM team.
• Demonstrated ownership of an analyst relations program with Gartner, Forrester, or IDC — encompassing briefings, inquiry management, and positioning in published reports (Magic Quadrant, Wave, or equivalent).

• Proven track record in creating positioning and messaging frameworks that unify sales, marketing, and product teams around a cohesive market narrative.
• Excellent executive communication skills — in written, verbal, and visual formats. Comfortable presenting to C-suite executives, board members, and industry analysts.
• Experience working within an agile, pod-based, or sprint-driven marketing environment.

• Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
• Flexible working hours and remote work opportunities.
• Professional development and continuous learning opportunities.
• Collaborative and innovative company culture.
