This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of positioning and messaging for each product within the portfolio.
• Create distinctive narratives tailored for superintendents, school technology directors, data and privacy leaders, and curriculum leaders.
• Define and refine ClassLink’s category narrative.
• Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and supporting proof points.
• Manage go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches.
• Oversee cross-functional launches involving product, demand generation, creative, customer marketing, and sales teams.
• Establish audience segmentation, launch sequencing, success metrics, and handoffs for launches.
• Create a repeatable framework for launches.
• Collaborate with leaders in Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Creative.
• Direct creative briefs for product pages, campaigns, and launch materials.
• Gather market feedback for product, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Develop talk tracks, battle cards, objection handling strategies, demo scripts, and one-pagers.
• Manage competitive intelligence and inform leadership and sales about market developments.
• Translate wins, losses, and field feedback into refined positioning and tools.
• Create buyer personas, message maps, and conduct customer research.
• Collaborate with Product on roadmap and pricing strategies.
• Conduct win/loss analyses and customer research.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position managing teams.
• Demonstrated success in positioning and launching B2B SaaS or EdTech products that increased adoption, pipeline, and revenue.
• Proficient in writing positioning documents, messaging frameworks, sales tools, and launch narratives.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or EdTech go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in managing competitive intelligence, buyer research, and sales enablement efforts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex products.
• Experience in leading or mentoring teams and establishing clear direction.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for team meetings and conferences.
