This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of product initiatives related to data ingestion and standardization, working closely with engineering as an active contributor.
• Maintain a comprehensive roadmap that includes data ingestion and normalization, event collection and processing, data workflows and orchestration, third-party integrations, and data governance.
• Align roadmap investments with company priorities such as AI, personalization, analytics, and reporting.
• Collaborate with peer product teams that utilize the data platform and offer insights on platform APIs and developer-focused integration surfaces.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior product managers within the domains of data workflows and integrations.
• Act as the primary contact for third-party vendor and partner relationships.
• Facilitate an active integration pipeline and initiate new partnerships that meet adoption and reliability criteria.
• Keep abreast of the changing marketing technology and data integration landscape, including agentic platforms and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Champion customer advocacy in every interaction and decision made.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Product Management.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management, including managing senior individual contributors.
• Extensive experience with data products, encompassing ingestion, transformation, normalization, or workflows.
• Proficient in data pipeline architecture, event streaming, ETL/ELT, and data warehouse design, allowing for credible engagement in architectural trade-off discussions.
• Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems such as ESPs, MSPs, CDPs, and CRMs.
• Understanding of modern data stack technologies like Snowflake, Kafka, dbt, or Airflow.
• Working knowledge of API design and developer-centric integration surfaces.
• Capability to mentor individuals on diverse growth trajectories.
• Excellent communication skills across engineering, commercial, and external partner audiences.
