Director of Product Management, Clinical Data & Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for integrating clinical, laboratory, proteomic, and consumer-health data into Prenuvo.

• Identify external data sources and use cases that deliver significant patient and business value to justify investment.

• Set product principles for Prenuvo’s longitudinal health record and ecosystem data sharing.

• Guide the strategy and implementation of blood, laboratory, and proteomics integrations with key partners.

• Collaborate with Clinical teams to interpret, contextualize, and responsibly present external results.

• Formulate the consumer-health integration strategy across wearable, sleep, activity, cardiovascular, and connected-health platforms.

• Develop scalable capabilities for ingesting, normalizing, and utilizing consumer-health signals.

• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, and AI teams to create a cohesive longitudinal patient record.

• Specify requirements for identity resolution, normalization, provenance, data quality, clinical significance, and temporal context.

• Create reusable interoperability and data exchange capabilities, including APIs, FHIR, and HL7 patterns.

• Work with Privacy, Legal, Security, Clinical, and Engineering teams on consent and data-sharing processes.

• Assess and influence potential partnerships based on patient value, data quality, integration complexity, scalability, strategic alignment, and differentiation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management, with substantial ownership of complex technical or platform products.

• Proven experience in healthcare data is essential.

• Background in developing products that involve healthcare or clinical data.

• Experience in delivering integrations across various organizations, systems, or data providers.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, data platforms, schemas, identity, data quality, and integration architecture.

• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, or similar clinical data exchange frameworks is highly preferred.

• Valuable experience with laboratory data, EHR data, diagnostics, genomics/proteomics, remote monitoring, wearable data, or related fields.

• Ability to convert complex clinical or technical capabilities into tangible patient or user benefits.

• Experience collaborating with Clinical, Engineering, Data, Security, Privacy, Legal, and partnership teams.

• Strong partner evaluation and strategic judgment skills.

• Experience defining platform capabilities instead of custom integrations.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to engage as a highly hands-on senior product leader.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hiring and should not require employer sponsorship for a work visa, either currently or in the future.
