Director of Product Management, Clinical Data – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for integrating clinical, laboratory, proteomic, and consumer-health data into Prenuvo.

• Identify external data sources and use cases that offer significant patient and business value to justify investment.

• Develop product principles for external data contributions to Prenuvo’s comprehensive health record and ecosystem sharing.

• Spearhead the strategy and execution of blood, laboratory, and proteomics integration in collaboration with key partners.

• Collaborate with Clinical teams to analyze, contextualize, and responsibly present external results.

• Formulate the consumer-health integration strategy across wearable devices, sleep, activity, cardiovascular, and connected-health platforms.

• Implement scalable capabilities for ingesting, normalizing, and utilizing consumer-health signals.

• Work with Data, Engineering, and AI teams to create a cohesive longitudinal patient record.

• Specify requirements for identity resolution, normalization, provenance, data quality, clinical significance, and temporal context.

• Develop reusable interoperability and data-exchange capabilities, including APIs, FHIR, and HL7 patterns.

• Collaborate with Privacy, Legal, Security, Clinical, and Engineering to enhance consent and data-sharing experiences.

• Assess and influence potential partnerships based on patient value, data quality, complexity, scalability, strategic alignment, and differentiation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management, including substantial ownership of complex technical or platform products.

• Proven experience with healthcare data is essential.

• Extensive background in developing products that involve healthcare or clinical data.

• Demonstrated success in delivering integrations across various organizations, systems, or data providers.

• Strong comprehension of APIs, data platforms, schemas, identity, data quality, and integration architecture from a product standpoint.

• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, or related clinical-data exchange patterns is highly desirable.

• Valuable experience with laboratory data, EHR data, diagnostics, genomics/proteomics, remote monitoring, wearable data, or similar modalities.

• Ability to convert complex clinical or technical capabilities into patient or user benefits.

• Experience collaborating with Clinical, Engineering, Data, Security, Privacy, Legal, and partnership teams.

• Strong partner evaluation and strategic decision-making skills.

• Experience in defining platform capabilities rather than custom integrations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to engage as a highly involved senior product leader.

• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa, current or future.
