This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Conduct analyses of competitors, market trends, technologies, and business models to guide product strategy.
• Convert data on audience behavior, content engagement patterns, and qualitative feedback into inputs for the product roadmap.
• Take ownership of physician-facing product interfaces from start to finish, including the MDLinx platform, mobile application, and physician engagement tools.
• Implement ongoing experimental experiences focusing on information architecture, layout, recommendations, and onboarding processes.
• Manage a backlog of tests that includes hypotheses, designs, outcomes, and decision-making documentation.
• Be responsible for the roadmap related to MDLinx commercial engagement products.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to translate the requirements of pharmaceutical clients into product features that benefit physicians and enhance commercial revenue.
• Lead product releases and oversee go-to-market launch initiatives.
• Establish launch strategies, messaging frameworks, success metrics, and ensure accountability across functions.
• Monitor metrics related to post-launch adoption and engagement, driving iterative improvements.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Leadership, and Client Services from ideation through to launch and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure a cohesive experience across multiple channels.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Product, Design, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in product management, delivering sophisticated digital products to a demanding professional audience.
• Background in premium media, publishing, subscription services, or digital health is essential.
• Proven experience in simultaneously managing both audience growth and commercial client lines.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to understand code, engage in discussions on architectural trade-offs, and draft specifications that engineering can use immediately.
• Daily proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Copilot, or their equivalents.
• Experience in launching or contributing to AI-driven product features, including personalization, recommendations, or content discovery.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies as a practitioner and team leader.
• Understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Snowflake, Tableau, Hotjar, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of content or media product stacks, including CMS and ESP/CDP.
