This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full responsibility for the overall performance of the product portfolio, which includes revenue, margin, growth, and competitive positioning.
• Foster strategic alignment between the introduction of new products and the maintenance of investments across various product lines.
• Establish ownership for achieving business outcomes throughout the organization.
• Ensure that roadmap decisions are data-driven and financially sound through innovation funnel stage gate processes.
• Lead front-end innovation and product planning while concentrating on high-impact opportunities.
• Utilize market insights, Voice of Customer, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
• Oversee product strategies, business cases, and portfolio roadmaps.
• Facilitate enterprise-level prioritization and tradeoff decisions.
• Ensure the successful implementation of price adjustments, launch of new products, and transitions for end-of-life products.
• Secure timely investments necessary to maintain mature product lines.
• Maintain responsiveness to market conditions and competitive dynamics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and Product Planners.
• Adapt the product organization structure to support scalability and growth for both hardware and software products.
• Set clear expectations, metrics, and development pathways for your team.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Quality to achieve business objectives.
• Drive a consistent operating rhythm across teams, including portfolio management and operational reviews.
• Align priorities, tradeoffs, and execution strategies.
• Represent product leadership in executive discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management or portfolio leadership.
• Demonstrated success in delivering results through a team within a matrix organizational structure.
• Experience in strategy, product development, and business operations processes.
• Capability to influence senior and executive stakeholders.
• Possess a growth mindset and the ability to adapt.
• Strong portfolio leadership and a mindset geared towards business ownership.
• Ability to integrate strategy with execution effectively.
