This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and communicate a thorough product strategy that aligns with the company's mission and objectives, encompassing the SaaS business platform and student outcomes.
• Utilize AI-powered research tools to identify opportunities for optimization and understand user needs.
• Create and manage a dynamic product roadmap that reflects market trends, user requirements, and business priorities.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with company goals.
• Lead and motivate the product management and UX design teams.
• Encourage innovation, teamwork, and continual enhancement within the product team.
• Demonstrate and support the adoption of AI tools, contributing use cases to bi-weekly AI learning sessions.
• Mentor and provide professional growth opportunities for team members.
• Oversee all aspects of product development from initial idea through to launch.
• Employ AI-powered tools for rapid prototyping prior to engineering handoff.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to prioritize and implement product initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics and conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Facilitate seamless user experiences that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Partner with UX designers to ensure design principles meet user and business requirements.
• Collect feedback from educators, administrators, and technology partners.
• Establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and minimal processes, with enthusiasm for creating systems and structure in unestablished areas.
• Proven experience in direct, high-trust collaboration with senior leadership on ambiguous and high-stakes decisions.
• Demonstrated product management experience in the development, launch, and scaling of enterprise-level SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with AI prototyping tools and large language models (LLMs).
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for education, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within educational technology.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
