Director of Physician Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to physician candidates and clients.

• Identify and evaluate physicians by establishing rapport through phone calls and emails.

• Highlight the features of opportunities, share salary information, and prepare candidates for interviews.

• Deliver information about opportunities and address any inquiries.

• Lead marketing campaigns for physicians.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process.

• Examine and resolve client issues.

• Collaborate with clients throughout the recruitment journey.

• Offer recommendations to clients to facilitate successful searches.

• Ensure ongoing communication, provide feedback, and generate reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience is necessary.

• Experience in sales is required, which may include inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling.

• Experience in consultative sales is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Must possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
