Director of Physician Recruiting – Academics Division

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to physician candidates and clients within the academic sector.

• Identify and evaluate physicians by establishing connections through phone calls and emails.

• Highlight the features of opportunities, communicate salary details, and prepare candidates for interviews.

• Share information about the opportunities and address any inquiries.

• Lead efforts in Physician Marketing campaigns.

• Oversee the entire recruiting process.

• Investigate and resolve any client issues.

• Collaborate with clients throughout the recruitment journey.

• Offer recommendations to clients to support a successful search.

• Work effectively with medical schools, academic institutions, and teaching hospitals.

• Ensure consistent communication, feedback, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience is required.

• Experience in sales, including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales, or Cold Calling.

• Consultative sales experience is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• A positive attitude coupled with a strong work ethic.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
