This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary strategic liaison.
• Conduct bi-weekly client calls to discuss performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and distribute bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.
• Convert performance data into actionable recommendations and strategic insights.
• Cultivate client relationships to enhance retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Identify and mitigate account risks while exploring opportunities for growth.
• Develop, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, account organization, and creative testing.
• Track daily performance metrics against cost-per-appointment and other acquisition indicators.
• Analyze underperforming campaigns to identify and implement performance enhancements.
• Create testing strategies across various audiences, offers, messaging, creative elements, and campaign variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored for financial services audiences.
• Generate hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing purposes.
• Utilize performance data to formulate creative and messaging hypotheses.
• Collaborate with video editors to provide guidance on creative direction.
• Employ AI tools to expedite research and copywriting processes.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing processes.
• Identify and resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Assess media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow to pinpoint funnel inefficiencies.
• Report to the Associate Director of Operations, maintaining accountability for client performance, relationships, and retention.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on paid media experience, with significant responsibility for Meta advertising.
• Proven experience in managing multiple client accounts while leading strategic conversations with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns in alignment with defined performance targets while fostering client retention.
• Strong skills in direct-response copywriting, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience in developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in financial services marketing (preferred).
• Background in lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns (preferred).
• Knowledge of video sales letter marketing (preferred).
• Experience with high-ticket or considered-purchase funnels (preferred).
• Previous work in a performance marketing agency (preferred).
• Familiarity with direct-response advertising (preferred).
