This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the creation and execution of policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Organize operations to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services.
• Offer guidance and support to staff to enhance effectiveness.
• Develop and execute policies and procedures that bolster service delivery and productivity initiatives.
• Coordinate and integrate services to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Perform continuous assessments and uphold quality control programs.
• Enhance the efficiency of departmental operations.
• Supervise staff and manage departmental turnover while ensuring high levels of employee and patient satisfaction.
• Identify marketing and collaborative opportunities for the department.
• BLS Provider certification preferred; American Heart Association or American Red Cross credentials accepted.
• Registered Nurse Licensure preferred; required as per state regulations where work is performed.
• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, including 2 years in leadership/management, OR an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, including 2 years in leadership/management.
• 3-5 years of director-level experience in an ambulatory setting is highly preferred.
• Strong technical skills to independently report on analytics and ROI.
