This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Assume complete P&L accountability for the region, encompassing labor, supplies, and expense oversight.
• Propel performance in alignment with the budget while maximizing benefits for patients and clients.
• Advocate for operational excellence, quality assurance, safety, and infection control across health centers.
• Lead the implementation of standardized systems and tools to evaluate performance through online audits and in-person assessments.
• Drive satisfaction targets for patients, clients, and team members.
• Resolve patient and team member issues through effective solutions and ongoing enhancements.
• Ensure collaboration among clinical and operational team members.
• Provide leadership in compliance with governmental, accreditation, regulatory, and corporate standards.
• Coordinate workflows and priorities within health centers.
• Recruit, develop, lead, train, coach, and manage clinical team members.
• Establish goals, expectations, accountability, and performance metrics for direct reports.
• Supervise center staffing and coverage to ensure patient access and provider support.
• Collaborate with onboarding teams for the initiation of new centers.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Address issues faced by the care team concerning health-center operations.
• Promote communication, engagement, accountability, and continuous learning through meetings, huddles, and one-on-one coaching.
• Enhance regional visit volume, engagement, and participation rates.
• Take part in education and enrollment initiatives to attract and engage new patient members.
• Optimize health-center schedules to improve practice efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of leadership experience with a track record of success in healthcare operations, multisite services, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and building effective teams.
• Demonstrated full P&L accountability for a substantial business unit or division.
• Expertise in constructing and leading high-performing teams across clinical, operational, and business domains.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and team member engagement.
• Exceptional skills in client interaction with the capability to cultivate and maintain executive-level partnerships.
• Strong financial insight, strategic thinking abilities, and sound business judgment.
• Proven capability to succeed in a matrixed, fast-paced, high-accountability setting.
• Experience in value-based healthcare, employer-sponsored healthcare, or population health management is preferred.
• Candidates must reside in Milwaukee, WI; Chicago, IL; or St. Louis, MO.
