This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Supervise the management of all operational units within the Company to ensure outstanding fiscal intermediary services for individuals utilizing self-direction.

• Uphold operational standards.

• Develop, implement, and disseminate operational policies and procedures.

• Strategize, execute, and carry out strategic objectives that align with the Company’s overall Strategic Plan.

• Coordinate activities across different operational units; assess plans and suggest modifications to senior management.

• Cultivate leadership and management capabilities within subordinates.

• Authorize performance evaluations and salary adjustments.

• Create metrics to assess operations performance.

• Engage in the development of new services for recently acquired contracts.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and spearhead enhancements in customer service, payroll, and processing.

• Oversee workloads and appropriately reassign agencies and programs.

• Collaborate with directors and executives from various functional areas to enhance service delivery.

• Take prompt corrective actions in line with company policy, consulting with human resources and compliance when necessary.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Establish and nurture relationships with agencies.

• Advocate for and uphold the company’s mission and values.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, human services, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient knowledge in supervision, business management, and leadership.

• Superior written and oral communication abilities.

• Extensive experience handling complex projects with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities, with a proven ability to meet deadlines through effective planning and organization.

• Ability to manage work pressure alongside time management skills.

• Capability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities.

• Experience in initiating and sustaining highly effective teams.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs and the Internet.
