This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.
• Oversee the management of all operational units within the Company to ensure outstanding fiscal intermediary services for individuals utilizing self-direction.
• Uphold operational standards across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and communicate operational policies and procedures.
• Strategically plan, execute, and implement objectives that align with the Company’s overarching Strategic Plan.
• Coordinate activities across various operational units; assess plans and suggest modifications to senior management.
• Foster leadership and management skills in subordinates.
• Approve performance evaluations and salary adjustments.
• Create metrics to assess operational performance.
• Engage in the development of new services for newly acquired contracts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lead efforts in customer service, payroll, and process enhancements.
• Monitor workloads and appropriately reassign agencies and programs.
• Collaborate with directors and executives from different functional areas to enhance service delivery.
• Execute corrective actions in line with company policy, consulting with human resources and compliance when necessary.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and sustain relationships with Agencies.
• Promote adherence to and uphold the mission and values of the company.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, human services, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience.
• Strong knowledge in supervision, business management, and leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience managing complex projects with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines through effective planning and organization.
• Capability to manage work pressure with effective time management skills.
• Proficient in building positive relationships and communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Experience in initiating and maintaining a highly effective team.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications and Internet usage.
• Familiarity with administrative procedures.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in General Business or a related field.
• Work performed from a home office.
• Travel may be required.
